What you bring
- 2–3 years of bookkeeping experience
- QuickBooks Online proficiency
- Clean reconciliation habits
- Organized and self-directed
- Responsive — clients notice follow-through
- Open to learning VOS systems and workflows
What you’ll do
- Client bookkeeping in QBO — categorization, reconciliation, monthly close
- Document follow-up and client checklist management via Financial Cents
- Tax season prep support under senior staff
- Grow into a broader client-facing advisory support role
